About M7A

What is M7A?

M7A is the #1 Gen-Z MBA admissions consulting firm, founded by Harvard Business School graduates. We help ambitious young professionals get into the world’s leading full-time MBA programs through an approach built for today’s applicants – social-native, transparent, and results-driven.

What makes M7A #1 for Gen Z applicants?

No other firm connects with Gen Zers the way we do. Our content reaches hundreds of thousands of young professionals every month across Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, and YouTube – and we work closely with a select group of applicants each round to help them stand out. We’re also the first MBA admissions consulting firm to embrace the creator economy, paying current MBA students to share their on-campus experiences through the M7A Creator Program. And although we’re millennials, we get Gen Z – we respect how they learn, communicate, and make career decisions.

Who’s on the M7A team?

Our team is made up of recent MBA alumni from programs like Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton – people who have successfully navigated today’s competitive application landscape and can connect authentically with this new generation of applicants.

Do you only work with M7 programs?

All of our engagements target at least one M7 program. We’re M7 MBA experts – it’s what we know best and where we add the most value. We occasionally support applications to other top-15 schools, but our preference and expertise are firmly rooted in the M7.

Do you support part-time or executive MBA programs?

Our focus is on full-time MBA programs. We don’t typically work with applicants targeting part-time, evening, weekend, or executive MBA programs, as our process and expertise are tailored specifically to full-time admissions.

How many schools do you typically support?

We don’t usually take on engagements that exceed four schools for two reasons:

  1. By the fourth application, clients typically have a strong grasp of their narrative and can run with it confidently.
  2. Beyond that point, most applicants experience diminishing marginal returns. We aim to maximize total ROI and incremental ROI – which is why we think eight- or nine-school packages oversell what most applicants actually need.

What makes M7A different from other consulting firms?

We approach MBA admissions differently in a few ways:

  1. Gen-Z native: We meet applicants where they are – on modern platforms, not behind paywalls.
  2. Recent-alumni team: We’ve been in your shoes. We earned admission to the world’s most competitive MBA programs ourselves and have helped others do the same ever since.
  3. Selective and high-impact: Our content engages hundreds of thousands of future applicants each month, but we partner with only a few dozen each round to ensure deep, personalized support.

Services and Process

When should I start working with M7A?

We recommend starting three to six months before deadlines to give yourself room for strategy and refinement. That said, we frequently take on clients just weeks before submission – especially those seeking high-impact, last-minute help via hourly engagements.

Do you offer test prep or tutoring?

Yes. We have incredibly talented GMAT and GRE tutors available on a limited basis.

Do you offer à la carte services?

Yes. Our hourly packages provide full flexibility – you can focus on essays, interviews, or any specific area where you need targeted support.

What happens during the free strategy call?

The strategy call helps our team understand your background, goals, and pain points – and share how we can help. It’s a genuine, pressure-free conversation designed to assess fit before any commitment. Timelines and milestones are defined after kickoff.

How do your consulting packages work?

We offer two products:

  1. Comprehensive packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) that include everything – resume, essays, and interview prep – across a defined number of schools.
  2. Hourly Packages for flexible, targeted support on specific elements such as essay feedback, interview prep, or application review.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

What are the eligibility requirements?

To qualify for the guarantee, clients must:

  1. Apply to all schools in their package.
  2. Complete all assigned deliverables (drafts, revisions, and mock interviews) on time.
  3. Submit all applications before published deadlines.
  4. Meet the minimum test score requirement of GMAT 645 or GRE 325.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you don’t receive at least one interview invitation from your target schools after completing your engagement and following our process, you’re eligible to request a refund. Refunds are exceptionally rare – we approach every engagement in good faith, work closely with our clients, and take pride in our track record of outcomes.

Logistics and Payments

Do you work with international applicants?

Yes. We’ve supported clients across 20+ countries, and our process adapts easily to diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes – clients can upgrade their package at any time. You’ll simply pay the difference between packages.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports multiple payment methods including credit or debit card.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes – we offer payment plans upon request. Our preference is to receive payment in full upfront, but we’re happy to find creative solutions for clients on a tight budget.

Community and Opportunities

What is the M7A Referral Program?

The M7A Referral Program rewards current students and professionals who refer new applicants to us. Rewards include cash bonuses and perks such as DoorDash and Airbnb credits for current students, offered each semester until graduation. We accept referrals from anyone – not just clients or alumni. To learn more, please email hello@m7a.com.

What is the M7A Creator Program?

We’re the first MBA admissions consulting firm to pay students for sharing their on-campus experiences. Through the M7A Creator Program (see Resources → Creator Program), current MBA students collaborate with us on video content, short-form media, and storytelling campaigns – and are compensated for their work.
